Requirements
To ensure your Glambot experience runs smoothly and safely, please review the key venue and setup requirements outlined below. These details help us deliver the best possible results for your event.
Space Requirements
To ensure the Glambot operates safely and effectively, a minimum area of 12ft wide x 12ft deep x 10ft high must be available. This space should remain clear and unobstructed for both the robotic arm and the filming zone.
Access
A clear delivery path is essential, ideally with direct vehicle access within 100 metres of the event space. This allows for safe unloading and setup of the robotic arm and associated equipment.
Surface Requirements
The Glambot setup must be on a hard, level surface such as wood, tile, or concrete. Surfaces like grass, sand, or uneven flooring are not suitable and may prevent the equipment from functioning safely.
Crowd Management
For guest safety, a minimum of six stanchions or barriers must be in place to create a secure filming zone. If your venue cannot supply these, we can provide them upon request.
Power Supply
Please provide access to two dedicated 240V, 13-amp plug sockets located within reach of the setup area. These must be exclusive to the Glambot® to ensure consistent power throughout operation.
Backdrop Options
The Glambot® hire does not automatically include a backdrop. Many clients choose to feature the venue itself as a natural background, highlighting the event’s atmosphere. However, custom branded or themed backdrops can be arranged at an additional cost to suit your event style.
